Yes. The ₪399 or ₪599 is the corporate platform fee — it covers central billing, admin dashboard, employee accounts and support. Rides are billed at standard fares on the same monthly invoice.
On the monthly plan, yes — cancel from the dashboard and you won't be charged the next month. Annual plans are billed upfront for a 12-month term; if you cancel mid-year you keep the discount you've already used and just don't renew.
Every invoice is fully Israeli-VAT (חשבונית מס) compliant. Per-ride detail, employee, cost centre, and project tags — all exportable as comma-separated value (CSV) files or pushed directly to NetSuite, Priority and Hashavshevet.
