Every ride ends in a rating. Drivers below 4.7 stars enter a review program. Below 4.5, they're suspended pending investigation.

Every ride streams live to our servers and to whoever you share the trip with. WhatsApp link copy is one tap away.
One button calls 100 (police) and notifies our 24/7 safety team simultaneously. Your live location is attached automatically.
No phone number sharing — riders and drivers chat through the app. Your number stays private. Quiet mode mutes calls and chat for rides where you don't want to talk.
After every ride
Report a problem and a human responds within an hour. Refunds, driver investigation, police liaison — handled in one ticket.
Every ride's route, time, fare, driver, and rider is preserved. Available to you in the app, to our safety team, and to police on subpoena.
Harassment, intoxication, refusal to take a fare, weapons — investigated within 24 hours. Banned drivers can't re-apply with a new account.
