These terms govern the Hello Taxi referral program. They sit alongside our general terms of service and privacy policy. Where this page and the in-app referrals screen differ on a number, the figure shown in the app at the time of your referral applies.
The terms

1. Who can take part
Any verified Hello Taxi rider or driver with an account in good standing may invite others. Your account must not be suspended, under investigation, or in arrears for a referral to count.

2. What you earn
When someone you refer joins and rides, you earn a referral bonus equal to the percentage, and lasting for the duration, shown on the referrals screen in the app at the time you made the referral. This reward is not unlimited and is not forever: it continues only for the period and up to the caps displayed in the app, which may be tiered (for example a higher share in the first months, then a lower share, and a monthly limit). The figure on your referrals screen at the moment of referral is the figure that applies.

3. The person you refer must be new
A referral only counts when the person is genuinely new to Hello Taxi. Self-referrals, accounts you control, fake or duplicate accounts, and circular referrals between the same people are not eligible and earn nothing.

4. Anti-fraud
If we reasonably suspect abuse — fake accounts, staged rides, collusion, or any attempt to game the program — Hello Taxi may withhold a pending reward, claw back a reward already credited, and close the accounts involved.

5. How you get paid
Rewards build up in your Hello Taxi balance and are paid out through your normal payout method. Any minimum amount before payout, and the timing of payouts, are shown in the app and may change.

6. Tax is on you
Referral rewards are gross income. You are responsible for reporting them and for paying any tax due under Israeli law. Hello Taxi does not deduct or advise on tax for you.

7. We may change or end the program
Hello Taxi may change the reward rates, pause the program, or end it entirely at any time, with reasonable notice. Rewards you have already earned and that we have confirmed will still be paid.

8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district. Questions? Email support@hellotaxi.co.il.

1. מי יכול להשתתף
כל נוסע או נהג מאומת של Hello Taxi שחשבונו תקין רשאי להזמין אחרים. כדי שהפניה תיחשב, החשבון שלך אינו מושעה, אינו בבדיקה, ואינו ביתרת חוב.

2. מה מקבלים
כשאדם שהפנית מצטרף ונוסע, מגיע לך בונוס הפניה בשיעור ולמשך הזמן שמוצגים במסך ההפניות באפליקציה במועד שביצעת את ההפניה. התגמול אינו בלתי מוגבל ואינו לתמיד: הוא נמשך רק למשך התקופה ועד התקרות המוצגות באפליקציה, שעשויות להיות מדורגות (למשל שיעור גבוה יותר בחודשים הראשונים ואז שיעור נמוך יותר, וכן תקרה חודשית). המספר שמופיע במסך ההפניות שלך במועד ההפניה הוא הקובע.

3. האדם שהפנית חייב להיות חדש
הפניה נחשבת רק כשהאדם חדש באמת ל-Hello Taxi. הפניה עצמית, חשבונות שבשליטתך, חשבונות מזויפים או כפולים, והפניות מעגליות בין אותם אנשים — אינם זכאים ואינם מזכים בתגמול.

4. מניעת הונאה
אם נחשוד בצורה סבירה בניצול לרעה — חשבונות מזויפים, נסיעות מבוימות, תיאום בין צדדים, או כל ניסיון לתמרן את התוכנית — Hello Taxi רשאית לעכב תגמול ממתין, לקזז תגמול שכבר זוכה, ולסגור את החשבונות המעורבים.

5. איך מקבלים את הכסף
התגמולים מצטברים ביתרת Hello Taxi שלך ומשולמים דרך שיטת התשלום הרגילה שלך. סכום מינימלי לפני תשלום, וכן מועדי התשלום, מוצגים באפליקציה ועשויים להשתנות.

6. המס עליך
תגמולי הפניה הם הכנסה ברוטו. האחריות לדווח עליהם ולשלם כל מס שחל לפי דין ישראל היא עליך. Hello Taxi אינה מנכה מס עבורך ואינה מספקת ייעוץ מס.

7. אנו רשאים לשנות או לסיים את התוכנית
Hello Taxi רשאית לשנות את שיעורי התגמול, להשהות את התוכנית, או לסיים אותה לחלוטין בכל עת, בהודעה סבירה מראש. תגמולים שכבר צברת ושאישרנו — ישולמו.

8. דין וסמכות שיפוט ויצירת קשר
