Our commitment
Hello Taxi believes that everyone has the right to move freely and to order a ride independently. We are committed to making our website and our rider and driver apps accessible to people with disabilities, so that every person can use our service with dignity, comfort and independence.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We treat it as part of building the product — not a one-time project — and we keep improving as technology, content and the relevant standards develop.
The standard we follow
Our accessibility work is carried out in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0 at conformance level AA.
We are building the site and apps toward level AA and improving them continuously. We do not claim that every page and every feature is fully conformant at all times; where a gap exists, we work to close it.
What we have done
Steps we have taken to make Hello Taxi more accessible include:
- Keyboard navigation — key pages and actions can be reached and operated using the keyboard alone, without a mouse.
- Colour and contrast — we aim for text and important elements to stand out clearly against their background, so they are easier to read.
- Text resizing — the layout is designed to stay usable when text is enlarged through the browser or device settings.
- Screen-reader-friendly structure — headings, landmarks and a logical reading order help screen-reader users understand and move through each page.
- Alternative text on images — meaningful images carry text descriptions, and decorative images are marked so screen readers can skip them.
- Accessible forms — input fields carry clear labels, and we work to make error messages understandable.
- Hebrew and English — the interface supports both languages, including right-to-left Hebrew, with one tap to switch.
Known limitations
Some content on our pages is provided by outside services that are embedded into our screens — for example interactive maps and secure payment frames. We do not fully control how those third-party components behave, and parts of them may not yet be fully accessible.
We are aware of this and are working to improve these areas, including raising the issues with our partners. If you reach a point where embedded content blocks you, please contact us using the details below and we will help you complete the action.

If you come across an accessibility barrier on our website or in our apps, or if you need help completing an action, please contact our Accessibility Coordinator. Tell us which page or screen you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way — that helps us reach you and fix it faster.

ב-Hello Taxi אנו מאמינים שלכל אדם יש זכות לנוע בחופשיות ולהזמין נסיעה באופן עצמאי. אנו מחויבים להנגיש את האתר ואת אפליקציות הנוסעים והנהגים שלנו לאנשים עם מוגבלות, כך שכל אדם יוכל להשתמש בשירות שלנו בכבוד, בנוחות ובעצמאות.
הנגישות היא מאמץ מתמשך. אנו רואים בה חלק מבניית המוצר — ולא פרויקט חד-פעמי — וממשיכים לשפר ככל שהטכנולוגיה, התכנים והתקנים הרלוונטיים מתפתחים.
התקן שאנו פועלים לפיו
עבודת הנגישות שלנו מתבצעת בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ובהתאם לתקן ישראלי 5568, המבוסס על הנחיות הנגישות הבינלאומיות לתכנים באינטרנט (WCAG) בגרסה 2.0 ברמת התאמה AA.
אנו בונים את האתר והאפליקציות לעבר רמה AA ומשפרים אותם באופן מתמשך. איננו טוענים שכל עמוד וכל פעולה עומדים בהתאמה מלאה בכל רגע נתון; היכן שקיים פער, אנו פועלים לסגור אותו.
מה כבר עשינו
בין הצעדים שנקטנו כדי להנגיש את Hello Taxi:
- ניווט במקלדת — ניתן להגיע לעמודים ולפעולות המרכזיים ולהפעיל אותם באמצעות המקלדת בלבד, ללא עכבר.
- צבע וניגודיות — אנו שואפים שטקסט ורכיבים חשובים יבלטו בבירור על רקעם, כדי שיהיה קל יותר לקרוא אותם.
- הגדלת טקסט — המבנה תוכנן כך שיישאר שמיש גם כשמגדילים את הטקסט דרך הגדרות הדפדפן או המכשיר.
- מבנה ידידותי לקורא מסך — כותרות, אזורי ניווט וסדר קריאה הגיוני מסייעים למשתמשי קורא מסך להבין כל עמוד ולנוע בו.
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות — לתמונות בעלות משמעות יש תיאור טקסטואלי, ותמונות עיצוביות מסומנות כך שקוראי מסך יכולים לדלג עליהן.
- טפסים נגישים — לשדות המילוי יש תוויות ברורות, ואנו פועלים שהודעות השגיאה יהיו מובנות.
- עברית ואנגלית — הממשק תומך בשתי השפות, כולל עברית בכיוון מימין לשמאל, עם מעבר בלחיצה אחת.
מגבלות ידועות
חלק מהתכנים בעמודים שלנו מסופקים על ידי שירותים חיצוניים המוטמעים במסכים שלנו — למשל מפות אינטראקטיביות ומסכי תשלום מאובטחים. איננו שולטים באופן מלא בהתנהגות של רכיבי צד שלישי אלה, וייתכן שחלקים מהם אינם נגישים במלואם.
